Full wedding planning in Munich

With full wedding planning you hand the entire organisation over to me – in Munich, the Bavarian countryside or at Lake Garda. I research, compare, negotiate and keep every thread together, and you make the decisions. What is left of the planning is the part that is fun.

Who it’s for

Is this right for you?

Full planning suits you if work keeps you busy, if you want your wedding to be especially individual or if you simply have no desire to compare quotes for months. It is also the right choice for couples who are still unsure about style and budget – in that case we sort that out together first. Couples usually invest 120 to 150 hours in planning their wedding, and that is the best case. Couples often underestimate how much there is to organise – and that is exactly where I am happy to take as much as possible off your hands.

It is probably not for you if organising is your hobby and you would like to write every email to the caterer yourselves. Partial planning or day-of coordination will serve you better then, and I will tell you so honestly in our first call.

What is still up to you

Less than you think, but the most important part: deciding. For every item I give you a manageable selection that suits you and your wedding, with prices and my own assessment. You say yes, no or “show us something else”.

You sign the contracts with the vendors yourselves; I prepare them and keep track of dates and payments. And everything that is very personal – your guest list, your preferences and of course anything you simply want to keep in your own hands – stays with you. Wherever you would like support, I am of course there for you.

Full planning at Lake Garda

A wedding in Italy is hard to organise on the side from abroad: a different language, different procedures, viewings that involve travel. That is why full planning is almost always the most sensible way to work together on a destination wedding.

I work with local partners on site and stay with you from the venue search to the day itself. What works differently at Lake Garda than in Bavaria is explained on the page Lake Garda and Italy weddings.

How it works

The process.

Step by step, from the first hello to after the party.

  1. 01

    Free first call

We get to know each other, with no obligation. You tell me what you have in mind and what worries you, and I explain how I work. We also talk about your budget, because my proposal depends on it. Afterwards you know whether we are a good match.

  2. 02

    Proposal and kick-off

You receive a proposal tailored to your plans. Once you say yes, we set the framework – guest count, time of year, style – and I turn it into your planning roadmap.

  3. 03

    Venue and concept

The venue determines almost everything that follows, so it comes first. After that your concept takes shape with a colour palette and mood board, so that everything fits together later.

  4. 04

    Vendors and details

Catering, photography, music, celebrant and so on – I research, make suggestions, obtain quotes and coordinate the appointments. You choose. We keep an eye on the budget together.

  5. 05

    Flowers, decoration & dopamine

First we take care of decoration and flowers – I develop the decoration concept and make sure everything fits together. Then it is about personalisation and your dopamine moments, meaning everything that makes your day look even more like you.

  6. 06

The detailed schedule of your wedding

I coordinate with all the vendors and plan exactly what goes where and what has to happen when. The result is a timeline that everyone involved knows.

  7. 07

    Fine-tuning before the day

In the final weeks we go through everything together once more. I clarify open questions directly with the vendors so that your phone is not ringing off the hook in the final days.

  8. 08

    Your wedding day

I am on site, help set up, welcome the vendors and keep an eye on the schedule. You celebrate, and your loved ones get to enjoy the day just as much.

  9. 09

    After the party

I take care of returns and anything still open.

Price range

What does it cost?

Full planning costs 14% of your wedding budget, with a minimum of €3,500. For a budget of €30,000, for example, that comes to €4,200. Travel costs and overnight stays, where they apply, come on top. If your venue is already set, they are in the quote; otherwise I calculate them as soon as the venue is chosen. After the first call you receive a proposal with a fixed sum before you commit to anything.

As soon as you know that you want to get married and roughly when. The earlier we begin, the wider the choice of venues and vendors, because popular summer dates are taken early. A wedding at shorter notice is possible but requires more compromises. Just send me your preferred date and I will tell you honestly what is realistic.

No. You hand over the work, not the decisions. I present suggestions and give you my recommendation. But in the end the decision is always yours. Nothing is booked without your approval, and you can see at any time where we stand on the budget.

My fee is a line of its own in your budget, and it would not be honest to pretend otherwise. In return the rest of the money is spent more deliberately, because I know which quotes are in line with the market, where saving makes sense and where it backfires later. What you gain in any case is a lot of free evenings and weekends.

Of course. If your friend is baking the cake or you already have a photographer you love, I include them in the planning and the timeline just like everyone else.

Yes. I speak German and English, and all calls, documents and arrangements can be handled in English. With German-speaking vendors I take care of the communication for you.
