That depends on the service you would like to book. For full planning you can get in touch as early as two years ahead. But full planning can still turn out wonderfully a few months before your date – we just need to work together more intensively and be ready for compromises. For day-of coordination, 4 to 8 weeks before the wedding are enough. Bear in mind, though, that I still need to be available on your wedding date. So please get in touch as early as you can.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. To accompany your day well, I need to know exactly what you have planned. That is why I come in a few weeks before the wedding.

For the civil ceremony, Munich has several ceremony rooms plus special locations the city has approved for weddings. Popular dates, especially Fridays and Saturdays in summer, are taken quickly. You can register your marriage no earlier than six months before your preferred date, so take care of the required documents early. Which ceremony locations are currently available and how appointments are allocated is best checked directly with the Munich registry office. I help you align the registry office, the venue and the celebration.

Prices vary depending on the scope of services, region, and the size of the wedding. At Dopamin Weddings, full planning costs 14% of your wedding budget, with a minimum of €3,500. Day-of coordination starts at €1,500; partial planning and decor concepts depend on the scope. Transparent pricing is important to me - that's why you will always find clear package offers.

Within 30 km of Munich I work at no extra charge. For longer distances I charge €0.60 per kilometre, so you know from the start what to expect.
