Arriving
A relaxed welcome dinner. The families get to know each other, and by the wedding day everyone is already in holiday mode.
Italy is the destination closest to my heart, and Lake Garda is only four to five hours by car from Munich. You get la dolce vita, lake views and Italian food – and a planner who is based around the corner from you and works with local partners on site.

A wedding in Italy means a different language, different processes and venues you cannot simply visit on a Saturday. That is exactly what I am here for.
We meet in Munich or by video call. You do not have to travel to Italy for a single planning meeting.
I stay in touch with the venue and vendors on site and bundle everything for you. You get decisions to make instead of email threads.
Italy is my heart's destination. I know beautiful venues by the lake and work with local partners.
I am on site, coordinate the vendors and keep the schedule so you can celebrate with your guests.
Because so much is decided from a distance, I usually take on full planning at Lake Garda. This is what the journey looks like:
About full planning →We settle budget, number of guests and time of year. Popular venues are booked far in advance for the summer months, and your guests need time to arrange leave and travel.
I put together a shortlist with everything you need to decide: costs, capacity, accommodation and plan B.
We visit the favourites together. If that is not possible, I prepare the selection so that you can decide from home.
I coordinate everything with the partners on site, guide you through the steps for the ceremony and help bundle travel and accommodation for your guests.
I am on site, from set-up to the last item on the programme.
Since most guests stay for a few days anyway, a small programme makes sense. If you like, I plan it too.
A relaxed welcome dinner. The families get to know each other, and by the wedding day everyone is already in holiday mode.
A ceremony with a lake view, aperitivo, Italian food and a long evening under the open sky.
Breakfast together or an outing before everyone heads home or adds a few more days.
You have two options. Which one fits better depends on how much the legally binding ceremony on site matters to you.
You marry with legal effect in an Italian municipality.
Many couples have their civil ceremony at home and celebrate a symbolic ceremony at Lake Garda.
Formalities can change. Your registry office and the local municipality provide binding information; I guide you through the individual steps.

Saying yes among the olive trees, an Italian table in colours nobody expects, and dancing in the winter garden. A romantic villa between Lake Garda and Verona – and plenty of dolce vita, only in colour.

Currently, my focus is on Italy, but I am also happy to support you with planning destination weddings within Europe - just get in touch!
As early as possible, ideally a year or more in advance. The beautiful venues on the lake are booked early for May to September, and your guests need to plan their holiday and travel. Shorter notice is possible too, with more flexibility on date and venue.
Tell me about your idea – in a free first call we'll look at what your Lake Garda wedding could be.
